Where Edison Compares Party Bus Rentals
Partybusedison.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own any vehicles, employ any staff, or take reservations directly. It's a quote-comparison website — a simple, fast tool that lets you fill out one form and instantly see pricing and vehicle options from a network of transportation companies serving Edison and the surrounding Central Jersey area.
No account required, no callbacks to chase down, no repeating your trip details to six different companies.
Edison sits at the geographic center of New Jersey, which means groups here are regularly headed in every direction — north on the Garden State Parkway toward Giants games at MetLife, east on the Turnpike toward Newark Liberty International, south toward PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, or over to New Brunswick for concerts at Jersey Mike's Arena. Partybusedison.com connects you to vehicles ready to run all of those routes, in every size from a Sprinter van for a small corporate group up to a 56-passenger charter bus for a stadium crowd. Call 862-306-1068 any time — quotes are free, there's no obligation, and you could have pricing for your specific trip in less than a minute.
Types of Buses in Edison
From 14-passenger Sprinter limos to 56-passenger charter buses, the network covers every group size. Compare minibuses, party buses seating 15 to 50, Sprinter vans, and full-size charter buses side by side — with pictures and pricing — so you can match the vehicle to the trip instead of guessing.

Compare Amenities on Your Edison Bus
Not every trip needs the same setup. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, and a full-length bar area. A minibus is the right pick when the group is smaller and the priority is comfort and maneuverability on tighter Central Jersey roads — think reclining seats, A/C, and overhead storage without the full party-bus footprint.
For longer hauls up to MetLife Stadium or Atlantic City, a full-size charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so the trip doesn't turn into a pit-stop marathon. Amenities vary by vehicle, and the quote tool makes it easy to filter by what matters most to your group.

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 862-306-1068 before booking.
How Much Does a Party Bus Cost in Edison?
Party bus rental prices in Edison generally range from around $200–$275 per hour for a minibus on a weekday up to $325–$500 per hour for a large party bus on a weekend night. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo typically runs $200–$350 per hour depending on day and demand. Full-day and multi-stop packages are also available and often work out to a better per-person rate for longer itineraries.
Check the Edison party bus prices page for current planning ranges across every vehicle type.
Your price for the trip moves with the date, vehicle size, how many hours you need, and what's happening in the region that weekend. NJ prom season in May or a Jets home opener at MetLife will push rates higher than a Tuesday corporate shuttle. Don't guess — call 862-306-1068 or use the online form and you could have a quote for your specific date in under a minute.

Find the Right Edison Party Bus in Minutes
The traditional way to book a bus goes like this: you Google local companies, call several of them during business hours, describe your trip each time, wait on callbacks, and then try to compare quotes that use different pricing structures and vehicle descriptions. It's a scramble — and it eats up time you don't have when you're already coordinating a group.
Partybusedison.com replaces that entire process with one form. Fill out your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and instantly see pricing and vehicle pictures from providers serving Central Jersey. You're not limited to a single fleet, which means you see more options at more price points than any one company could offer.
The network covers everything from Sprinter vans for executive transfers to multi-bus fleets for convention shuttles at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center right here in Edison. The quote is free, there's no account, and there's no pressure. If you'd rather talk it through, a live team is reachable at 862-306-1068 every day of the year.
Either way, it takes about a minute to get started.
Party Bus & Charter Bus Services Available in Edison
Partybusedison.com helps groups find transportation for every kind of occasion — from airport runs and prom nights to stadium tailgates and wedding shuttles. Whatever brings your group together, there's a vehicle in the network sized and equipped for it. Explore the service pages below or call 862-306-1068 to talk through your specific trip.

Edison Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Edison's location on the Turnpike corridor means most groups are choosing between Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) roughly 25 miles north and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) about 60 miles south — and both come with their own parking realities. EWR's P4 Daily Parking Garage runs about $38 per day when reserved online (up to $60 per day at the gate), which means leaving even one vehicle parked for a week-long trip alone can run several hundred dollars before anyone boards a flight. A single Edison airport shuttle bus rental covers the entire group for one flat rate and drops everyone curbside at the departures level.
On the arrival side, EWR uses designated Ground Transportation areas on the lower level of each terminal — your group should gather completely with all luggage before requesting the vehicle, since commercial buses stage in specific commercial lanes rather than the standard rideshare pickup zones. Check the official EWR ground transportation page for current lane assignments before you land. The Newark Liberty airport shuttle guide has more detail on exactly how the pickup process works.

Edison Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A bachelorette night built around Central Jersey doesn't have to mean everyone driving separately and hoping the plans stay together past the second stop. Popular routes from Edison run north into Hoboken or Jersey City for the waterfront bar scene, or straight into Manhattan via the NJ Turnpike for a full NYC night — and a party bus keeps the whole group on one itinerary instead of losing half the group to a wrong turn on the Holland Tunnel approach.
Closer to home, downtown New Brunswick has a walkable restaurant and bar strip along Easton Avenue and George Street worth a full evening on its own. A bachelorette party bus rental from Edison with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and perimeter seating sets the tone before the first stop — and handles the late-night return when rideshare surge pricing hits its peak. Group sizes from 15 to 50 are covered.
Call 862-306-1068 to check availability for your date.

Edison Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Edison's diverse community makes it one of the most active markets in Central Jersey for quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, and a party bus entrance is a moment the guest of honor won't forget. Venues like Crossroads at Edison and banquet halls along the Route 27 and Route 1 corridors handle large celebrations regularly, and a 20- to 40-passenger party bus can be matched in color scheme — white, black, or silver — for groups looking to coordinate with the event's theme.
For milestone adult birthdays heading to dinner in Princeton or a night out in Hoboken, an Edison birthday party bus rental through Partybusedison.com means nobody has to track down parking or figure out how to get home at midnight. Input your date and group size into the online form and compare available vehicles in seconds. Or call 862-306-1068 and a live team member can walk you through the options.

Edison Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Central Jersey's concert circuit runs in every direction from Edison. PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel — about 20 miles south on the Garden State Parkway — hosts summer amphitheater shows with a capacity over 17,000, and the exit 116 approach on the Parkway backs up hard on show nights. Groups who drive themselves typically spend 45 minutes to an hour just clearing the parking lot after the last note.
A bus drops your group at the venue and returns on your schedule, skipping the post-show bottleneck entirely.
North of Edison, Jersey Mike's Arena in Piscataway and the State Theatre New Jersey in New Brunswick both sit within 10 miles — close enough for a minibus to make easy work of. For bigger-ticket stadium shows at MetLife, a charter bus rental from Edison keeps the whole group together on the NJ Turnpike instead of splitting into a caravan of cars all hunting for the same overpriced parking. Call 862-306-1068 to lock in your show-night bus.

Edison Corporate Event Transportation
Edison's position at the center of the Route 1 corridor — with major corporate campuses from Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick to pharma operations in Plainsboro and Princeton — makes employee shuttle logistics a recurring headache for event planners in the area. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus handles office-to-venue transfers without the parking coordination nightmare that comes with telling 30 employees to drive separately to a dinner or offsite in downtown New Brunswick.
For larger conventions at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center (97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837) right in town, a charter bus keeps attendees moving between hotel blocks along Route 1 and the convention floor without relying on rideshare surge pricing. Multi-bus fleets are bookable through the network for high-headcount events. Check out the Edison corporate transportation page for more, or call 862-306-1068 to discuss a custom shuttle plan for your event dates.

Edison Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, cultural festivals, graduation parties — Edison's size and central location mean private group events here regularly pull attendees from multiple counties. When your guest list is coming from Woodbridge, Piscataway, New Brunswick, and beyond, coordinating individual cars to a single venue is a logistical mess waiting to happen.
A charter bus or minibus found through Partybusedison.com gives the entire group one pickup plan, one drop-off point, and no parking scramble at the venue. For larger private events tied to the summer festival calendar — Edison's own Indian cultural events and Diwali celebrations draw thousands each fall — demand on transportation spikes and availability drops quickly. The Edison private event transportation page has more on what's available, or call 862-306-1068 to lock in your date before the network fills up.

Edison Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Middlesex County prom season runs from late April through mid-May, and the window is tight — Edison, J.P. Stevens, and surrounding district high schools all schedule within the same 4-to-6-week stretch, which means available party buses fill up fast. Book by January if your prom is in May. Waiting until March typically means choosing from whatever's left at whatever it costs — and the difference between an early booking and a last-minute scramble can run several hundred dollars on a peak Saturday night.
An Edison prom party bus rental handles pickup from multiple addresses across Edison and neighboring towns, keeps the group together through dinner and the venue, and brings everyone home at the end of the night without anyone needing to be the designated driver for the group. Homecoming in the fall is the same story — high demand, short window, book early. Call 862-306-1068 now to get your date held.

Edison School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips from Edison-area schools most commonly run to Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, or Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton — all within an hour of Edison, and all with group-specific entry protocols that require confirmed headcounts and pre-arranged drop-off times. A charter bus with undercarriage storage handles lunchboxes, backpacks, and equipment without the cramped overhead scramble of a yellow school bus.
For student-athlete travel to away games or tournament sites across Middlesex County and beyond, a minibus sized to the roster keeps the team together rather than splitting across a caravan of parent vehicles. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention the need when you submit your quote request. The Edison school event bus rental page has more detail, and the quote form takes about a minute.
Call 862-306-1068 for group pricing.

Edison Sporting Event Transportation
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford is the obvious anchor — a Giants or Jets home game on a Sunday afternoon means the NJ Turnpike northbound is a parking lot from Exit 8 onward, and MetLife's own Gold Lot charges upward of $40 per vehicle for standard game-day parking. A 56-passenger charter bus from Edison splits that logistics problem entirely: one vehicle, one parking cost (or bus-specific staging in the approved commercial lots), and the whole group tailgates on the way up instead of sitting in separate cars watching the clock. The MetLife Stadium bus rental guide breaks down exactly where buses stage and what to expect on game day.
For Rutgers home football at SHI Stadium in Piscataway — barely 10 miles from central Edison — a minibus is often the better fit: easy parking, shorter haul, and a faster postgame exit than anything you'd deal with at a major NFL venue. Minor league baseball at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater is another popular group outing. Find an Edison sporting event bus rental through Partybusedison.com or call 862-306-1068 to check game-day availability.

Edison Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Edison and Middlesex County host hundreds of weddings each year at venues like The Imperia on Easton in Somerset, Nanina's in the Park in Belleville, and hotel ballrooms along the Route 1 corridor — and almost none of them have enough on-site parking to absorb a full guest list arriving by personal vehicle. A wedding shuttle loop between the nearest hotel block and the venue entrance solves that problem cleanly, and a minibus running 2–3 circuits per transfer window can move 60–80 guests without a single parking complaint.
For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the morning-of salon run and the ceremony-to-reception transfer in one vehicle. An Edison wedding transportation package through Partybusedison.com can combine both vehicles in one quote request. Call 862-306-1068 to discuss a shuttle timeline — wedding dates on peak weekends in May, June, and October book 6 to 9 months out.

Edison Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Central Jersey's wine country is closer than most people realize. Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes, Working Dog Winery in Ringoes, and Old York Cellars in Ringoes are all within about 40 miles of Edison, and a half-day wine tour looping two or three of them is a natural fit for a birthday group or a bachelorette afternoon. None of these venues have meaningful public transit connections, and the rural roads through Hunterdon County aren't designed with designated-driver logistics in mind.
A minibus or party bus found through the Edison winery tour and pub crawl page keeps the whole group together from the first tasting to the last pour, with no one worrying about the drive back to Edison on Route 202. For a city-focused pub crawl through downtown New Brunswick's bar corridor, a 20-passenger party bus covers the stops without anyone scrambling for rideshares between George Street and Easton Avenue at midnight. Call 862-306-1068 to set up your route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Edison Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusedison.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Edison, New Jersey?
Party bus rental prices in Edison run roughly $200–$275 per hour for a minibus on a weekday and $325–$500 per hour for a large party bus on a peak weekend night. These are planning ranges — your actual quote moves with the vehicle, the date, how many hours you need, and what else is happening in the region that day. NJ prom Saturdays in May and MetLife game-day Sundays push rates higher than a quiet Thursday evening.
The fastest way to get an accurate number: call 862-306-1068 or use the online form. You could have pricing for your specific trip in about a minute.
What is Partybusedison.com?
Partybusedison.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation serving Edison, New Jersey and the surrounding Central Jersey region. It is not a bus company — it doesn't own vehicles or provide transportation directly. Instead, it gives you one place to compare pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned transportation providers, so you're not limited to a single fleet and you don't have to call a dozen companies to find what fits your group.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus — and which one do I need?
A party bus prioritizes the onboard experience: perimeter seating, LED lighting, a sound system, flat-panel TVs, and a bar area. It's the right call for bachelorette nights, prom, birthday outings, and any trip where the ride is part of the event. A charter bus is built around moving a large group efficiently — up to 56 passengers, with reclining forward-facing seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, and onboard restrooms.
It's the better fit for stadium trips, airport transfers, convention shuttles, and school field trips. If you're not sure, describe your trip to the team at 862-306-1068 and they can point you toward the right vehicle.
How does a bus drop off at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison?
The New Jersey Convention and Expo Center (97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837) has a dedicated bus and commercial vehicle drop-off approach off Sunfield Avenue, with on-site surface parking available for large vehicles. Because the convention center sits in an industrial park corridor rather than a dense downtown grid, oversized vehicle access is generally straightforward compared to urban venues — but for multi-bus events, it's worth coordinating staging times with the venue directly so buses aren't queuing on Sunfield during peak arrival windows. Check the official NJCEC website for current event-day logistics before your group arrives.
Where do buses park at MetLife Stadium for Giants and Jets games?
MetLife Stadium designates charter and commercial buses to specific lots — typically the Yellow and Blue bus lots on the stadium's north approach — separate from general public parking. The standard Gold Lot charges upward of $40 per vehicle for personal cars, while bus parking is handled through a coordinated commercial staging process. NW Stadium Boulevard and adjacent approach roads close to through-traffic on game days, so the approach route matters.
The MetLife Stadium bus rental guide has the full breakdown, and it's worth checking the official MetLife Stadium parking page before game day for current lot assignments.
Can a bus get to PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel from Edison?
Yes — PNC Bank Arts Center is about 20 miles south of Edison via the Garden State Parkway, and the drive typically runs 25–35 minutes outside of show-night congestion. The venue has designated bus and limo staging areas separate from standard general parking, and the approach on Exit 116 of the Parkway backs up significantly in the hour before showtime and the 45 minutes after the headliner ends. A bus gets your group there in one vehicle and returns when you're ready, bypassing the post-show parking lot crawl that can add an hour to the evening.
Check the official PNC Bank Arts Center site for current event-specific parking and traffic advisories.
How far in advance should I book?
For most standard events — birthday outings, winery tours, corporate shuttles, sports games — 2 to 4 weeks of lead time is workable, though earlier is always better for vehicle selection and pricing. For high-demand dates, the window compresses fast: NJ prom season (late April–May) should be booked by January at the latest, and popular Saturday nights tied to MetLife home openers or PNC Bank Arts Center summer headliners fill the available network quickly. Wedding dates in May, June, and October are the same story — 6 to 9 months out is the right window to lock in your vehicle.
Whatever your date is, the earlier you call 862-306-1068, the better your options.
Popular Edison Party Bus Destinations
Edison's central location on the Turnpike corridor puts an enormous range of destinations within a reasonable drive — from MetLife Stadium in the north to Atlantic City in the south, with concert venues, wineries, and major stadiums in between. The venues below are where groups from Edison most commonly book transportation, along with the logistical details worth knowing before you go. Your destination doesn't have to be on this list — the network covers any location in the region.

New Jersey Convention and Expo Center
The New Jersey Convention and Expo Center (97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837) is one of New Jersey's largest privately owned convention facilities, with over 155,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space hosting trade shows, consumer expos, and corporate events year-round. Because it sits directly in Edison, it's the most common destination for groups arriving from surrounding Middlesex County towns — but on major expo weekends, Route 1 and Sawmill Road both back up significantly, and on-site parking fills ahead of opening. A charter bus shuttling attendees from hotel blocks along the Route 1 corridor eliminates the parking scramble and keeps the group on a predictable arrival schedule.
Check the official NJCEC website for upcoming event dates and any current access advisories.
Address: 97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837 | Phone: (732) 417-1400

MetLife Stadium
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) seats over 82,500 and hosts Giants and Jets home games, major concerts, and the 2026 FIFA World Cup. From Edison, the drive north on the NJ Turnpike runs about 35–40 minutes in normal conditions — but NJ Turnpike northbound toward Exit 16E backs up for miles before a 1pm kickoff, and post-game egress can stretch that return to 90 minutes or longer. Bus parking is designated in commercial staging lots separate from the standard $40+ public lots.
Groups who take a charter bus from Edison skip the parking cost entirely and stage as a single unit instead of scattering across five different Gold Lot rows. The MetLife Stadium bus rental guide covers approach routes and staging in detail.
Address: 1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 | Phone: (201) 559-1515

PNC Bank Arts Center
PNC Bank Arts Center (116 Garden State Pkwy, Holmdel, NJ 07733) is New Jersey's premier outdoor amphitheater, with a capacity of over 17,500 and a summer schedule anchored by major touring acts. The venue sits just off Exit 116 of the Garden State Parkway, roughly 20 miles south of Edison — a straightforward run on a normal day, but a different story on show nights when southbound Parkway traffic slows from Exit 120 onward and the parking lot exit queue after the show routinely runs 45 minutes to an hour. General admission parking is included with the ticket price; upgraded VIP and Premier parking is available separately for guests who want an easier exit.
A bus from Edison handles the Parkway run and returns when your group is done, so nobody is sitting in the post-show crawl watching the clock. See the PNC Bank Arts Center bus rental guide for more on logistics and staging areas.
Address: 116 Garden State Pkwy, Holmdel, NJ 07733 | Phone: (732) 203-2500

Jersey Mike's Arena
Jersey Mike's Arena (83 Rockafeller Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854) is an 8,000-seat multi-purpose arena on the Rutgers University campus, hosting Rutgers basketball, concerts, Disney on Ice, and graduation ceremonies. It sits about 8 miles west of central Edison via Route 27 — close enough that groups often underestimate the parking situation. On Rutgers basketball nights and major concerts, the surrounding campus lots fill quickly, and the narrow road network around Rockafeller Road does not handle surge rideshare traffic gracefully.
A minibus from Edison drops your group curbside and stages nearby, which is considerably cleaner than hunting for a spot in the Rutgers parking structure at game time. Read the full Jersey Mike's Arena transportation guide before your visit.
Address: 83 Rockafeller Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854 | Phone: (866) 445-4678

State Theatre New Jersey
State Theatre New Jersey (15 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901) is a 1,800-seat performing arts venue in the heart of downtown New Brunswick, presenting Broadway touring productions, dance performances, and concerts year-round. Parking in downtown New Brunswick on show nights is genuinely limited — the closest decks on New Street and Hiram Square fill up on weekend evenings, and the walk from available street parking can add 10–15 minutes each way. A minibus from Edison handles the 10-mile run on Route 27 or Route 1 in under 20 minutes and drops the group on Livingston Avenue steps from the entrance.
No parking structure, no meter, no circling. The State Theatre New Jersey transportation guide has more on what to expect on show nights.
Address: 15 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 | Phone: (732) 246-7469

SHI Stadium at Rutgers University
SHI Stadium (1 Scarlet Knight Way, Piscataway, NJ 08854) is Rutgers University's on-campus football stadium, with a capacity of about 52,000. It's one of the closest major stadiums to Edison — under 10 miles via Route 27 or the Turnpike interchange at Exit 9 — which makes it a natural group outing for Scarlet Knights fans across Central Jersey. On-site parking is available in designated lots around the stadium, but it sells out for home openers and rivalry games, and the road network around College Avenue and Route 18 gets congested during peak arrival windows.
A charter bus from Edison handles the short haul and parks in commercial staging while your group watches the game. The SHI Stadium bus rental guide covers parking zones and drop-off points in detail.
Address: 1 Scarlet Knight Way, Piscataway, NJ 08854 | Phone: (866) 445-4678
